Grades: K - 5th. Enjoy a safe, fun way to discover the world of strength training. Feel a sense of accomplishment as you gradually see improvements in your abilities and physical confidence, which can translate to greater self-esteem and resilience in everyday life. Learn how to master the snatch and clean and jerk (the two core Olympic weightlifting movements) while using specially designed, kid-friendly equipment to minimize risks and ensure personal safety. Our certified instructors are experienced in teaching Olympic weightlifting techniques tailored for young participants and will prioritize proper form, technique, and equipment usage with the ultimate goal of instilling a love for physical activity and promoting lifelong healthy habits. Classes are open to aspiring athletes of all levels, providing an inclusive and supportive environment. We ask that parents remain present throughout the class.
